Kaweco was established in 1883 by Mercents Carl Luce and Friedrich Enlen, under the Heidelberger Federhalterfabrik name. They began manufacturing dip pens, and a little later, also began importing fountain pens and gold nibs from Morton, New York. In the ensuing 125 years, the company continued to grow and today stand as one of Europe’s premier fountain pen producers. Known for their robust and high-end build specifications, a Kaweco pen will be a long-lasting addition to any fountain pen fan’s collection.
