As Retro 51 puts it, ‘Life is too short to carry an ugly pen’. And we agree. Their bright colours and cool designs have more than a hint of nostalgia about them, and all their pens are made with good old-fashioned values in mind.

The Tornado Elite is a smaller version of the standard Tornado. It’s a retractable ballpoint which features a copper-coloured lacquer-coated brass barrel and a knurled metal twist-action button at the end, to extend the tip. The slotted metal pocket clip is polished chrome. It’s supplied in a themed cylinder which doubles as a pen stand as well as a protective case.

Dimensions: 90mm long, 8mm in diameter, weighs 14g.

Refill with Schmidt mini D1 ballpoint refills.

Shipping Begins: Mid-June, 2024
